Afternoon all
I haven't been able to catch up and don't think I will be able to catch up with 141 pagesthanks for the new thread savvy
Anyhow took nan shopping today and came across these so sorry if they have been posted already
All money boxes were £2 from £8 as was the football piñata.
Also they had red Panasonic headphones with a £20 yellow sticker on them scanning at £40.
Lastly I bought my daughter a pack of 4 push on hair sends with a £1 sticker on and a little necklace with a £1 sticker on and both went through at £3 each which was full price.. Was told no Dtd as its concessions and someone comes in to mark them down .... I feel I might call h/o and see what they think
Anyhow hope all is well with everyone and apologies again if this has been postedOne cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0 -

Keep it up! What you doing diet wise? Any particular plan or just not eating so much?
I am on hols in 16 weeks time so know how much the pressure is on
I generally start each day with a couple of low carb sausages or a 2 egg omelette, then some kind of salad for lunch, maybe ham, chicken, cheese, egg or prawn with plenty of lettuce and cucumber and a few cherry tomatoes.
Evening might be a chicken breast wrapped in bacon or some mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce. I sometimes slice up some bubb's beef and have a thin steak or two with mushrooms.
As a special treat sometimes I can have some sugar free jelly and yummy cream or crème fraiche.
It is a strange diet where I am very rarely hungry. Yesterday I didn't eat all day till 5:30 and had three thin slices of roast beef, a few green beans and a few florets of broccoli. Today I had a couple of sausages at 10:00 and have skipped lunch as I am not hungry.
Only problems with this diet are that it really is a bloke's diet, if you haven't done it before you tend to get headaches for the first two or three days and you end up with whiffy breath if you're not careful..:o
Good luck with your diet, although don't go too far. Remember, you need a bit of flab in there so the bikinis fit properly and the boobies don't fall out..:rotfl:0 -

Someone i used to work with did a very low carb diet, and although she lost loads of weight, she looked ill. Her skin was grey and crinkly, her hair was brittle, her breath stank and her teeth turned yellow  I'd rather be fat than look like that. But it seems as though you're being sensible
You can liven up sugar free jelly by substituting the cold water part for diet fizzy drinks...gives it a bit of a firmer textureI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Figured since I'd bought a few Disney DVD's the other day, I'd signed up the Movie Rewards thingy and input the codes to see how it works/what you get, but apparently it's experiencing 'temporary technical difficulties' Perhaps I wasn't the only one with this idea then! :rotfl: :rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
