Does anyone know how to manage which apps start up when the phone starts/is unlocked?

You'll need a 3rd party utility from the Play Store such as Disable Service, however these type of apps require root access in order to function.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

It's not something you need to worry about. The N3 has a huge amount of RAM and Android manages it all without any need for a third party.

Sounds like something that requires a bit of programming knowledge?

I know it has, but Im after getting some apps to start up and stay up, with Touchwiz, even when I 'close all apps', if that makes sense?
