Navelar claim back with Santander

Can anybody advise? Santander will not repay my deposit paid to Navelar before their insolvency as they say that Navelar were a third party in the transaction and therefore it does not qualify for cover

They are not providing the service so I can't see why it wouldn't be eligible for chargeback even is a S75 claim isn't relevant/available.carlafoulds wrote: »Can anybody advise?
