At off peak hours the shower works fine unless a tap is turned on. I want to do a loft coversion and add a shower. will this work ? I am aware it is illegal to install a pump directly to the mains. However if a sealed tank with stopcock is fitted to the mains at source after stop valve Say 200L with a 1.8 bar twin pump and pressure sensor would this allow for an electric shower in the loft and still have pressure for the combi shower every one wants a shower at 7.30 am

Is it low pressure? Or low flow rate? Often confused. If you have a combi boiler, it’s more likely low flow rate as opposed to pressure which should be, more or less constant off the mains supply.
Your ‘sealed’ tank would need a pressure relief system, likewise as would your pressurised line to the electric shower. However, your primary problem will be lifting the column of water up to the attic. So sadly, (I’ve not done the math) but I rather suspect you are onto a looser with this one, especially with a domestic shower pump. You may be better off having an open (unsealed) tank of water in the attic with a ball float valve from which you can call to feed the electric shower with said pump, also in the loft.
Alternatively, you may want to think about a replacement combi (£ouch£) with a higher flow rate.
