Orange headache
Hey there. I've been having problems with Orange for 5 months now and it's getting beyond a joke. If your bored and have the time I have posted my letters in here that I have sent. I am next sending a letter of Deadlock, which I hope is the correct way. I believe it is but any advice would be great.
It's a bit long and I've had moments when I'm just angry frustrated upset. So forgive any grammatical errors because I couldn't care less how Orange think towards it, so far they don't really care about me so whatever.
Good luck if you fancy looking into this :P
and thank you for your time.
(Have taken out the letters as they are a tadge too long)
Please disregard this post as I will type up something more reasonable.
Many Thanks

^^^agree with NFH. I stopped reading after the first paragraph. Your best bet when sending it to Orange is to summarise the points (maybe bullet points). If necessary add a small paragraph detailing the negative effect it has had on you - e.g. Lack of use of service, bank charges etc.
You'll likely get a better response.0 -
Without reading I suggest changing 'headache' in the title to 'pain in the ar5e'0

Fingers crossed I will actually get a response as so far the only response to my 3 complaint letters so far is an advisor passing me onto someone who I spoke with before, which made no sense.
Looks like no-one at Orange wants to deal with this issue.
Last contact I will ever have tbh0
