    Not sure about that, but they were definitely on a consumer rights programme that Dom Littlewood presents. I'm certain as we are also having issues with one of their doors warping in the sunlight. It was this one:

  • I have emailed them to confirm the phone call i had with the sales manager and included the Distance Selling Regulations.

    I wanted to get something in writing. And have requested they reply confirming this. No reply by tomorrow i will be calling them.

    Lets see how long it takes!

  • STILL waiting for a confirmation of cancellation.

    Several phone calls with CS manager, but nothing. Trading Standards recommended i send a letter recorded delivery.

    This is getting beyond a joke now.
