That's fantastic will power dizzy but so sorry to hear about the flood.

Are you still in Sussex? It's just that we're just along the coast and no flooding here. Poor you:).

No, we've moved to the Shropshire/mid-Wales border, so now at the mercy of the Rivers Severn and Vyrnwy. Still have my house in Sussex but have rented it out. Had another flood warning this morning, but I'm like "la-la-la...not listening" ATM :rotfl: Seriously, it can't get much worse!

Another AFD to report from yesterday, taking me to 5/19 please Shaggy x I honestly thought I'd have resorted to the booze over this, but I've amazed myself by not doing so! Go me :D

Dizzy that's brill not drinking through all the flooding. Sounds a trying time.

I've done ok so far, one minor slip up because I persuaded myself to have a beer, but the rest of the time was AFDs.

I'm not sure what I'm doing generally at the moment but I'll get there :) A therapist was suggesting ways I could study, but I didn't go to see her because I don't know how to study, I'm there because bits of me are unwell :(

    Sorry, minor rant.

    4/17 AFD please shaggy :)

Could the studying be an idea for distraction piggles?

I wonder if it would work for you if you planned in advance when to have a drink rather than feeling you've slipped up and something to feel guilty about? Sort of giving yourself permission. Maybe if you said something like I'm having a beer on Saturday night. Then if you didn't really enjoy it you'd not be keen to repeat the exercise.

Do you enjoy it when you have a drink?

    4/20 AFDs today.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
