:T on reaching your target piggles. I just knew you would.:T

So sorry to hear abut the MS diagnosis but perhaps this, new determined, successful you will be in a better position to manage it. It certainly sounds like there's a whole mechanism of support in place and you're right you must use it.

    Still cold here too:).

What's rather wonderful about this thread Piggles and Alex is that when people start or restart posting it's clear that they're not at all happy with the way things are, and as soon as they start reaching their targets their whole personna changes into cheerful, happy people. Things become more manageable, doable and positive. (I'm speaking here as much about myself as you.) Great feeling , isn't it?

I wouldn't stress too much at this stage, Piggles, about which particular anti-anxiety drug might be prescribed when you get to that stage of appointments. What might have been deemed appropriate months or years ago may have been superceded, and in any event, you know what doesn't work for you so they can work around that. (((Hugs)))

    23/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Piggles I don't know anything about MS - so I don't know what to say, other than keep posting as we are all here to listen and we're rooting for you.

Can't believe you're already collecting December targets shaggy. Where's this month gone!

I'm into bonus days on top of my target now and hoping I might get three in. Definitely no drinking planned for today.

    11 AFDs please Shaggy.

I know a number of you listen to talk/music radio at night. I need a new clock radio but I want one that can be set to, say, one hour and turn itself off. I used to have one that could be permanently set to go off after an hour (or whatever) but the latest one had to be reset every time I turned it on which was fiddly, especially in the dark in the middle of the night. If anyone can follow my explanation are there any recommendations?

16/20 AFDs today. Had a day in Liverpool today, and saw the poppy installation, which was fab. Thought I had managed to find a nice handbag for mum, but then realised she wouldn't be able to open the fancy clasp - shame as it was a T K Maxx bargain.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
