12/21 for me please. Exhausted today so will be having a nice hot bath and an early night.
Satchmo - you and your DH have my sympathies. When I was widowed 5 years ago, I never got any counselling. Consequently, I am now taking anti-Ds to help. Too little, too late really. Depression can be crushing in a relationship0 -
18/30 and thanks for the smileys Shaggy.
Dizzy and Satch Hugs.
Barny WTG!
Chucknorris are you playing your joker a la "Its a knockout"?0 -

Phew, it's taken me days to catch up with this thread - great to see it so busy and everyone doing so well! Really need to start logging in every day.
Well got back from holiday over a week ago and am not going to make target this month as I did drink in the end! I managed to abstain for the first two days but then started to find it too restrictive so decided to relax and drink in moderation. That word again - "moderation" but it seems to be working so far and I feel that I have learned a lot from my 80+ days of not drinking. We'll see how it goes!
So I have tallied up and I am on 10/31 so far please Shaggy!
Sorry to hear that you are going through a hard time with your OH Satchmo. Hope the parkrun goes well today - hopefully it will help to blow some cobwebs away and get the stress out of your system. I'm going to be tail runner today for the first time - should be interesting!
Have a great weekend all!0 -

Morning :hello:
2 more ALDs for Friday & Saturday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
