Dizzy Imp I have been allowing wine in the food on an AFD, assuming it's just a small amount early on. I didn't count a liqueur chocky at Christmas though as the booze was really strong so I decided to drink that day - there was a y in it anyway.
Barny, I hope that you find being AF something positive out of this.
Another 2 for me so that's 12/15 please Shaggy, Wednesday and today.
I caved yesterday so swapped with today so I csn still hit my target of 15.0 -
I think you can definitely count cooking with alcohol as being AF!
22/30. Only one more AF day to add to my total as had two glasses of wine on Thursday. I am going to have another go at moderating - we will see how I get on! Not planning on drinking this weekend.
