    Afternoon :hello:

Back on the diet so had an AF weekend - so 3 more for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Half a pound lost last week (which is not too bad!)

They all count, just like AF days.;)

Another planned for me today. That gets me to target, then really hoping for a few more.

I do admire all the posters with aspirational targets but it's not for me. The thread helps me to do what I set out to do: stop drinking every day and to drink in moderation when I choose to. I'm confident that just because I've hit my target of 10 I won't drink every day for the rest of the month just because I can.

    10 AFDs please Shaggy.

16/24 for me. The weekend wasn't AF but it was moderated, when compared to my norm and I'm pleased with that :)

Small victory for me today :)

I had to come past the usual wine shop on my way home and the debating society were doing their best to convince me to stop and buy wine for tonight. I even parked up in the car park and then I decided to take on that horrible debating society and I won :j

Sober, sleepy and 1 more for my score :D

Well done on reaching your target, Maman. I admire anyone who can manage their drinking; if I had half your self-discipline I'd still be enjoying red wine. And I'd also like to say that from the day I joined the thread you've been an absolute joy to be around, always encouraging and always helpful.

    21/30 please, Shaggy.
