It's hard to find even more willpower HB but I'm sure that's the only way really when it comes to losing weight. Some people use Myfitnesspal which tells them their calorie input/output so you could work off the chocolate and biscuits (and Becks Blue;)) if exercise is your thing. I do SW where 'treats' are limited by the syn allowance. I find it helps me prioritise what I want to use my treat allowance for.

I have been trying to practice Mindfulness recently to control all the thoughts which race around my head, and have been finding this useful.
I have now been introduced to Self Compassion, which is very interesting indeed. So, when I do indulge in too much wine, I am trying to use this, rather than completely berating myself for letting myself down etc :T
So all of this plus the Saturday morning Parkrun, and spring starting to show outside :T0 -

Thanks Maman. Sensible as always. I know not reaching into the Twinks tin is the only way to tackle this, but I was hoping someone was going to wave a magic wand for me! Having thought I'd cut out sugar 20 years ago and never gone back to it, the reality of tipping all of that booze down my throat all those years means I really am pretty dependent on it which has come as a nasty surprise.
