Will be driving back from parents tonight, so AFD again, 13/26 AFDs :)
  • Hello all please can I join you ? I'm not sure how the target setting works , but I'm aiming to not drink alcohol until Saturday - am at an event then do will have max 3 drinks . Planning to then have nothing until the end of term. I'm cutting down for health/weight reasons.

    Thank you x

    Welcome Banana Custard!

For target setting, what most of us do to make it straightforward for the lovely Shaggy to keep the scores for us is to have a guesstimate at roughly how many days you don't intend to drink until the end of the month, and then post when you've racked up an alcohol free day. It helps Shaggy pick out the relevant numbers if they're highlighted in some ways, too. So, to translate my score - I don't intend to drink at all this month, and I've been alcohol-free for fourteen days so far during March, hence:

    14/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

Welcome :hello: As HB says, just decide how many AF (alcohol free) days you want to have for the month and update numbers in red :)

I am aiming for 20 AF days in total for March and have finally managed 7 :o

    7/20 please Shaggy

Broke my rule of not drinking 2 nights in a row last night and am cross with myself now but drawing a line and will be AF tonight for definite :)

Happy Mother's Day hugs to everyone, esp those who find today difficult for varying reasons (((hugs))) :A

    Morning :hello:

AF weekend - so 3 more AFDs.

Another half a pound lost making 6 Llbs (out of a target of 11).

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
