    Okay folks, after a burst of enthusiasm tinged with shame I clumped completely into a funk. So here I am again dusting myself off. My target is to only have a drink on Friday each week in March. Not sure how many alcohol free days that makes. I need good wishes to achieve this as its my goto vice when stressed. Xx
    With family, friends and pets (or any combination of them) life will be fine!

    Mine too helpful joy, but it isn't helping, neither is it bringing me any joy at all so I will be persisting with an effort to cut out through lent and on through March cutting down if not out. Wishing us both luck!

    Same here .... stuck at the moment .... knew this would happen if I had a week or two off.

    It stands for School Night Challenge Claire. From time to time those of us cutting down set a challenge not to drink on week nights. So even though it's half term this week, I've done my own SNC.:)


    P.S. Some people include Sundays too.
