Well I've done one day so far and feel okay, but like others have said, it's the next few that are hard. I work Tuesdays and mum looks after my little ones, so we usually share a bottle once I get in from work (better than drinking the whole thing I guess), but she knows that I am trying to cut down for all reasons, so think she will refrain while she is at my house as she seems to think it is a good idea.
I found it hard to get to sleep last night, not sure if that was because I usually use drink to get to sleep, I have no idea. Didn't feel especially great this morning (think I was expecting to wake up full of beans and not tired through not drinking, but nope was still tired!).
So, for the figures in red, should I put 1/7 please Shaggy?Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Hi Shaggy and fellow AF wannabees - can I sign up for the December challenge and set myself a target of 21/31 as my starter for ten? Thanks.0

That's good you have your mum on board to help pollyanna. Why not just have a coffee together when you get back? When I was drinking every day it was definitely a lifestyle thing. When did we start offering people a glass of wine instead of a cup of tea???
:T on your first AF day. I don't get to sleep easily on AF nights either. Maybe you'll be a bit more tired tonight.:)
10 AFDs today Shaggy please.
I have a plan to add an extra day. I'm going out to lunch tomorrow but may not have a drink with it. Revolutionary eh?;)0 -
16/19 for tonight please. I'll have to give December some thought.0

17/20 AFDs for abstinence yesterday and today, and I appear to be on track to reach target (for the first time in 3 months)What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

25/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.Note to self: Motivation follows Action, not the other way around.0

another one for me tonight so that's 2/5 please Shaggy.
I had a slow start getting to sleep and my skin felt a bit itchy/tingly but I slept through ok. I've been feeling extremely tired today. I found that alcohol dulls all my aches so was a bit irritable today. Sleep well all.https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6621582/ynab-robber-needs-help-to-execute-the-plan/p1
