  • Amazingly, Saturday and Sunday were both AF for me, so that means I have reached my target early 18/18 AFDs so far in September.
For October I think my target will be 19 AFDs. Thank you. :)

    Hi everyone!

I used this thread ages ago but slid back off the wagon.

Feel very sluggish and down :( so have decided to do the Go Sober challenge. I've donated to a local project that helps recovering addicts/alcoholics. They provide good food/shelter and support on a drop in basis. I'm also going to donate £5s worth of food to a food bank each week.

So here we go! 31 Days for me please! :A

Welcome back Muser! Ooh, a few of us on the Go Sober challenge....be great to be able to support each other!

17/18 now please! Have a good day all!

    Morning!

    Thanks for the welcomes.

Thankyou to the person who recommended the 'Tired of thinking about drinking' blog. I think it was Honey? I'm working my way through it and it's struck so many chords with me.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
