It's lovely to have some company with other people posting their achievements in the morning. I wish I had the confidence to know I'm not going to drink in the evening, but until I go to bed I'm very aware that reaching for a first sip would be so, so easy.Better is good enough.0

Well, what a week!!! I am glad it's saturday tomorrow. I've been at a school fair tonight and despite working on the bar I've not had a drink. I would have had a glass of wine when I got in if one had been in the fridge but there wasn't so I had tea instead. So, I am now 4/22 for the month!Trying to keep in budget.

5/20 AFDs now, I seem to be following the SNC! I do plan on going out with my DH tomorrow night, so it's unlikely to be AF.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

\very minor rantlett alert (love it! I'm going to do 'rantletts' in future)
Quite apart from the whole 'dream catcher and crystals' stuff that I just can't do, the only thing that is actually working for me to keep me off the booze is taking responsibility for my actions. Waiting for the universe to remember that I need a bit of support isn't going to cut it.
For me HB, posting early is quite a new thing (as I think it is for many on the thread) . When I started I didn't post until almost midnight or later as until then I couldn't me sure I'd be AF. I've always been a night owl and so one of the last things I'd do was come on here and record my AF day. In time you'll have the confidence to post early. Don't worry about it.Reporting 4/14 for the week... will be back the otherside of the weekend.
Thanks..
Puzz.

I second what Maman says Honey Bear. I only post early I know I am going to be out at a 'not possible to drink' evening (Boy Scouts or German lessons for example). I am though perfectly capable of coming home and having a late night drink so I sometimes have to really force myself to put on the kettle instead of pop the cork.Trying to keep in budget.
