    11/15

Going to try for more than 15, but almost there and managed to calm my inner junk food monster. On Saturday I had chips for lunch then I had chips for dinner. I dont eat chips often, just as well really. Neither do I go away for the weekend often or Id come back the size of 3 houses.

Am now referring to myself as Mrs Blobby but went swimming today and back to thump boxing in the morning.

    Hooray. :j
Just got out of the bath and now sat on my bed without having touched a drop. I didn't even put a drop of the red stuff into the gravy! I'm so pleased. I have brushed my teeth already to signal the end of the evening too. So no going back now.
Thanks for all your comments Paulineb. I may be able to take a salary hit in the next year or so. At the moment we are paying dd rent at uni and extortionate train fares for my sons but they will come to an end this term when they both leave the school they are in.

Thanks for being my AF buddy tonight Wanna Bee Free. It worked. And I haven't thought too far ahead, just tonight. Very pleased with day 1 and hope you cleared this one too.

Should be ok tomorrow as it's yoga night. Wine and yoga conjures up a few funny images though!! Think I'd be snoring rather than deep breathing!

Thanks everyone. You have helped me feel a much better person at the end of this day than I was at the start.

    Kind regards
    Slowdown :)

A couple of years ago, I didnt think Id ever be able to stop drinking wine. I might add that not all of my wine drinking was due to low times, but I used to have a subscription to virgin wines and as Im awful with moderation on more than one occasion Id have a bottle of wine of an evening and then open another one!!!! And the virgin wines collection tends to be strong and Im a lightweight, I knew I would suffer in the morning but it didnt stop me.

Ridiculous. I dont even miss wine, thats the truth even though over the last few years it was always my preferred drink.

I really have had enough horrible wine hangovers to last me a lifetime.

Well done Slowdown, I read your posts yesterday but didn't get time to reply, I think a lot of us are in the same boat as you. I only managed 11 AFDs last month so I'm happy with this months total. I actually look forward to adding another day to my tally now. :)

No AFDs for a few days, and too much chocolate - and boy could I tell when I went for a run this morning.

Note to self: This. Must. Stop.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Hi all

I haven't had a chance to read all the posts from the last few days but hope everyone is well and as AF as they want to be atm :)

Half way to target with 9/18

I won't make target again this month and have felt myself sliding back into daily drinking the last few days. 3 in a row is not good. Last night was AF and I had hideous night sweats so woke up feeling terrible.

It's not going to be easy to stay awake until bedtime! [STRIKE]A little nap on the sofa is very tempting but will do me no good at all :([/STRIKE]

ETA I am going for a nap in bed!
