Another 4 AFDs in a row (enforced due to medication though) so now up to 8/13. Not sure whether I will be off the painkillers tomorrow or not yet

Well done for making it 4 straight days Maman - Thursday is normally my 'wobble' day but I have managed two weeks in a row now which is good for me . Like you, I may not manage it next week as I have a couple of evenings out and I am definitely back on the weekend wine tonight
