I think it is right about work mates badgering so they dont have to face their own reality. But it is blooming annoying!!!
Also OH badgers, but less so. Think he would be happier if i started again
in fact when i have fallen off the wagon before he has helped !
I am doing a sponsored run soon so am trying to use that to motivate me.Oh and icecreamDo I really need it? Probably not.:A0 -

My DH is an enigma. He drinks daily but probably across a week we have a similar amount. Unlike me he can have a couple of small glasses with/after supper and then stop. Personally I'd rather have what I like on drinking days (within reason and now helped by my lower tolerance/stop button) and have some AF days.
Where he's odd is that he either offers me a glass on AF days and then says how disciplined I am when I refuse or raises his eyebrows if he sees me drinking mid week!
I think what helps is that lately he drinks either whiskey or red wine whereas I've been having gin, dry whites or fizz. I prefer it that way as sharing a bottle always ends up with me taking the lion's (or should that be lioness's?;)) share.
No eyebrows will be raised today.:)
4 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Please can I sneak in?
I've noticed my alcohol (mostly wine) consumption is creeping up, with me having a couple of glasses most evenings. Since I'm trying to become more disciplined with my spending, it seems like a good time to be more disciplined with my drinking too. I'm going to aim for 5 AF days per week, I was AF yesterday and plan to again tonight - so will have completed 2 / 16 AF days left for July.Make up to £10 a day
July £260 -
10 please, Shaggy, ta0
