Had a heavy BH weekend which set the total back a bit. I drank 4 days in a row which I don't like doing and usually avoid. Ive analysed what and why though. I dissected my mistakes.

Don't beat yourself up, one day at a time. When I started I was lucky to get a few per month but last month was the most ever for me & if I crack tonight with no alcohol I will have went 4 days straight (which believe me, is huuuuge!!) when I start I don't know when to stopWe are all here for the same thing, I have poured my feeling out on here when I didn't even tell my hubby how I was feeling, chin up xx
