    Hi All ;hello:

I had a good weekend although I did over do it with the alcohol but stopped again which is the main thing so I have 2 more AF's but wont be drinking tomorrow night as I am driving to see my lovely cousin for her birthday & get a wee cuddle with a 6 week old baby girl :). So calling May in early for 10/14 AF's. I am so pleased with that, never thought I would get past 3 or 4. Shaggy can you put me down for 14AF's for June please. Hubby is really helping when he is home, he is making me peppermint tea around the time I would be pouring a glass, I know it sounds sill but its working, my brain must be thinking I have a drink in hand :rotfl:

I can imagine! It feels a little like that up here anyway but even more so at the minute.

I'm one over target tonight at 26/25. New smiley for me, yay :)
Need to have a think about June. I've actually enjoyed being mostly AF this month which feels like a big step forward. I'm going to Glastonbury in June though so need to be realistic!

    I'm on 16/17 please shaggy.

Had a heavy BH weekend which set the total back a bit. I drank 4 days in a row which I don't like doing and usually avoid. Ive analysed what and why though. I dissected my mistakes.

Should make target tomorrow but unfortunately no bonus days.

Well done to all who have done better than expected.

    17 for June please Shaggy

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
