I've noticed it too. More in myself but I guess I'm paying more attention to what I'm doing.

    Evening everyone
We'll done on you 9 day run Shaggydoo, I found week 2 quite straightforward, pink cloud even.
I'm now on day 18 and week 3 is much more difficult, like trying to haul myself through mud - that just reminded me of "going on a bear hunt"
"We can't go over it we can't go under it, we can't go round it, we've got to go through it"

Hiya HB, I've finally got round to starting the AF 100 challenge courtesy of Soberistas.

Have a good what's left of Thursday.

    Jo x

Fantastic, Scatterbrain! I've never been sure what the Pink Cloud is so I'd be very interested to know how you experienced it. My main memory of my first two weeks was exhaustion, and I think it was Maman who pointed out that was probably due to the dramatic cut in sugar consumed, so I ate a lot of chocolate which seemed to sort the problem out!
I've not posted on here for weeks my bad  I'm 18/26 so far this month :)

    Hi [Deleted User]!

    22/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

Hello. Haven't had a lot of time to post recently, feet haven't been touching the ground because of work, (being self employed you've got to take it while you can - so much for having no boss, everyone is your boss!)

I'm not doing too well this month, but have managed to be AF on Good Friday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and today this week, so I think that takes me to 10/18 please. Not sure if I'm able to make target now but I'm taking antibiotics at the minute so will have a few more AFDs in the next week or so.

EDIT: Just checked my calendar, I can reach my target of 18 if I stay AF for the rest of the month... can I do it?! I probably should as my doctor has asked me to go back for an appointment after recent blood tests, regarding my iron and B12 levels.
