I have totally proved that I do need to post regularly to keep myself on track. So today is 1/15. My aim is to get one smiley at least this month especially as I cannot make target and didn't last month either. But tonight I have not had a drink and poured the remains of a bottle down the sink - not very mse but seemed better not to have it hanging around as then the temptation - 'it's only half a glass, etc etc' might have been too much.

I may not have been posting or not drinking but have continued to read this. It has helped to make me aware rather than my more usual head in sand approach. So thank you everyone.

Had a quiet drink in on Friday night, nothing too much and an early night, so was pleased with myself,
bumped into a friend on Saturday and ended up having a boozy day,
Woke up yesterday feeling rather rubbish, and sad with myself, so no drinking yesterday or today!!
