I have totally proved that I do need to post regularly to keep myself on track. So today is 1/15. My aim is to get one smiley at least this month especially as I cannot make target and didn't last month either. But tonight I have not had a drink and poured the remains of a bottle down the sink - not very mse but seemed better not to have it hanging around as then the temptation - 'it's only half a glass, etc etc' might have been too much.
I may not have been posting or not drinking but have continued to read this. It has helped to make me aware rather than my more usual head in sand approach. So thank you everyone.

Work events and drinks on the horizon ruining my AF streak.
plus lunch tommorow which will be hard to start with- but being AF will make it harder. I think a small one tommorow lunch might have to be permitted.
