    28 days up for grabs!

    Everyone Welcome!!!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

How's the sleep, Roland the Roadie? Has it improved a bit?

Yes thanks Honey Bear, its getting there.
  • I'm working this evening so am calling 27/31 for tonight please Shaggy

As well as sleeping better, I reckon I've saved about £80 by not buying wine this month  so am going to transfer that amount into my savings a/c on the 31st :)

Hello everyone, sorry I've been away. I've been having an interesting break in Watford General Hospital!
I started c25k at the start of the year and unfortunately in the middle of run #4 I collapsed in the street with severe pains in my head. Cue an ambulance, I.V. morphine and masses of investigations into a suspected sub-arachnoid haemorrage.
I came out yesterday with an inconclusive diagnosis so will be seeing the GP on Monday to try to get a confirmed - hopefully negative diagnosis from somewhere else. Anyway, my running days are over so I'm going to revisit hiking.
The good news is that I had lots of blood tests and my LFT'S are back to normal - yippee!
I think today is 27th so I am 26 days today. No chance for any boozing in hospital
I'll just pop back to the page I was up to before this series of events and catch up with you all.
