  • 25/31 last night for me please...getting soooo close to the end of the month!!

    I would like to stick with you guys on here for February please and although I wont be AF all month I am setting a target of 25/28 (I may need a little wine to cope with half term!)

    I think you have to really congratulate yourself on the 25 MaggieM and accept that it took a good few years to get to where you are weight-wise, so it'll take more than four weeks to get back to where you want to be. It'll happen if you stick to a healthy eating plan that works for you. The sleep thing took a couple of months to resolve itself for OH because he cut down when I gave up, but didn't give up completely. We're all so determined to stick with our new behaviours it's not surprising we want instant results, but sometimes it takes a little bit longer than we'd like. Sorry about that.
