    Hello everyone

Im still here, despite quite a few very very busy days. Not all AFDs but I've done quite well since I last posted (looks like pages ago :o )

My running total is 20\22, so hoping to be able to make target this month. NYE will be easy as it's DH's birthday and I always drive so he can celebrate.

My DSS was very ill on Christmas Day morning after too much raspberry vodka (yes, some did last until the festive season) and red wine. He was trying to top my glass up at every opportunity but I resisted and had a clear head the next day :A

I was rather mortified when he told me that I had introduced him to alcohol, not his mates, but felt a (tiny) little better when he said my drinking was vastly more controlled now. Oh, such progress over six years *hangs head in shame at the time needed to realise*,

I'll be doing Dry January - so 31 for me please Shaggy xxx
  • 6/10 for Boxing Day for me and that was because my hangover lasted all day (hangs head in shame).

I've decided that after my poor performance this month I am going for an AF January, so 31 target for Jan please.
What goes around comes around.....I hope!

    Hi all

I would like to join this thread for 2017. I would like to stop drinking entirely but will start with a dry January-31.

    Good after
I'm planning on being AF today but will check in later to confirm day 15.

I'm going for the 100 day consecutive challenge so will be 31 in January. If I manage to skip the booze on NYE I'll already have 5 of those 100 under my belt!
I'll be back later ( when the kids let me on the laptop) to update font colours etc.

Are you signing up with Belle for the 100 Day Challenge, Scatterbrain? It's how I stopped drinking altogether so I'm a big fan - I'm not sure I could have made it without her support. Good luck with it, either way.

Good luck to everyone who's up for Dry January.

You sound very much more like your old self, Maman. Great to have you back!

28/31 please, Shaggy and 31 for January.
    Better is good enough.

I'm going for another annual target next year, planning on 252, which is basically 21 days every month, so kicking off with a goal of 21 for January.

I found having the yearly goal helped this year because every month I knew I couldn't fall behind or it would get difficult later. So that's why I'm setting another one.

Thank you for the lead, I'll go digging.

I'm currently also using Soberistas but I'll go with help wherever it is.
