I'm calling in for today as no intention of starting Christmas early and was AF yesterday. Still hoping for a few more this month too.

I looked at my mobile phone just as I was going to bed last night to discover a mate had invited me to the pub with some other friends earlier in the evening and I had completely failed to notice the message. I probably would have gone if I'd seen it so that's one AFD saved due to general obliviousness. At this point I'm even contemplating making NYE an AFD too since I will be staying home that evening. There is a party I could go to but I have already said no since I am not good with big parties and I just don't want to traipse home through London in the wee hours of New Year's Day when it is always freezing cold and everyone is drunk. Is that bad of me? Hope not. I'd rather just have a quiet evening.

12/16 please. Not sure I will meet my target now, two days this week I have had a drink in the evening and next week very social too. Not good enough but better than none which is what is would have been likely to be last Christmas. Hope everyone is nearly ready for Christmas 🎄 - I'm hoping after today I might feel organised enough.
