Definitely HB and since our team is all male I previously kept up with everyone else and embarrassed myself last time we had an offsite, so I was determined not to repeat the experience! It was also good not feeling really rough the next day as well.
Another AFD yesterday and nothing planned tonight, so I will call in early for tonight at 5/13 please Shaggy
I am now firmly back in my routine of not drinking Mon-Thur and am at last finding it easier. A few months ago when I joined here I couldn't have done it (proven by my results for those months!), which was what prompted me to join. This thread has really helped, along with Slimming World, thank you everyone!
I'm also spending a LOT less on wine!What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
Another AFD planned for today.

Taking a risk but declaring early for tonight on 6/12 please Shaggy - Thursday is always a bit of a 'wobble' day for me0

Back home and 6/14 - not quite sure how I've managed 4 nights without wine - although this thread and the posters have all helped. I'm hoping this means that I too, like Honey Bear, have a habit rather than an out and out addiction. Think it's too early to say that for me but hopeful. Elusive Lucy, certainly saves money especially at wine prices in hotels. I often want to comment no I was just asking for a glass not the whole bottle!
Hope others are having the AFDs they want too!0 -
Whoo hoo! Cat-on-a-moon day for me!
7/25 please Shaggy x
Well done MaggieM and Lucy - good going girls :T0
