I don't seem to be gaining too much weight or losing any, but then my box of ma1t3zer$ a day habit whenever I get a chocolate jag might be the reason. I'm still 8lbs lighter than when I gave up the booze even if I'm not my target or ideal weight. 3lbs is a lot to lose from exercise, well done.
