No I didn't lose any weight giving up chocolate - the 3 pounds is down to exercise. I'm always on a diet tbh!What do we do when we fall? Strange you should say that shaggy. When I first cut down on alcohol I didn't lose any weight either. It seems just giving up one thing isn't the answer. Now I do cutting down alongside healthy eating it helps keep my weight where I want it. I allow myself half a 25g bar of 70% chocolate most days. It seems to make a mug of tea more relaxing of an evening. I look forward to it and it's much better for me than pouring a glass to unwind. That's an awful lot of exercise to lose 3lbs.:T
I'm not going to drink today.
