    23/24 up to last night and hope to hit my target today :j. I've had a stressful couple of days, so rather proud of myself (again...sorry)

  • I also cut out alcohol early this month. I am on day 23 right now. It's a great way to save money, to get more energy, to lose weight and to get various other benefits. It was tough at first, but I must say that I have gotten used to it. I will do this for at least 100 days, and probably for more than a year.

    Definitely won't be drinking today which brings me to my target but that might be it for this month as I've a very social week ahead.
