Hi Folks,

Pleased to say the wine consumption has drastically decreased and a great side effect, I've lost 4 lbs :j:dance:

Well I didnt quite make my target for September, but had a total of 13 AFD's ...checking in early, as I know I will have a drink on Friday because I've got a night out planned.

Shaggy, please could you put me down for 18 AFD's for October
