Which large screen mobile?

Morning, I need to buy a large screen phone because of appalling eyesight. My criteria is as follows. 5" screen or larger. Ability to change font size. Unlocked. Around £100.00. I have looked until my head was about to explode, but everything seems contradictory.
Can anyone recommend anything?

Be aware that the bigger the screen the more difficult it is to carry in a pocket and the more susceptible it will be to screen damage, so you'll want a decent case around it too.

I don't think that there are any cheap 5' available in UK, so I don't understand what 'seemed contradictory'.

I was looking at a thread on HotUk deals for a Lenovo phone. A lot of suggestions, but each one picked apart by someone. Are the items in the link not tablets?

I don't see any item in the filter to filter out tablets. I ticked two frequencies in 3g, 5'+ screen and <€150 price:

If you increase the price to €200 you'll get more results, including Lenovo A850 that is more expensive than 'around £100' you asked. Most of them are likely not to be available in UK.

Paying £100 for a phone with a 5" screen will lead to huge compromises (and that's if you can find one).
