Hi tbh I'd just pay the money now and have a quiet life. I had to pay one of our landloards £70 for damage that I'm sure was caused by the estate agent as like you we handed our keys in early. It was painful but I just wanted that part of our lives to be over!November 2017 NSD 2/80

Yeah have done. Just hope they bug off about this £3 thing as I too just want to move on now.0 -

I know it's not moneysaving, but it's the only deduction, and the amount of time, effort and travel involved would outweigh the loss.
And that's why landlords get such a bad reputation. A tenant does nothing wrong, but even the regulations that are supposed to protect the tenant are still in the landlords favour.0
