They'll be carrying out final checks, me and OH got the same sort of thing a couple of years ago and all was ok.

In fact I've had "approved in principle" for a personal loan, yet the cash was in the bank the following day, it's basically a get me out clause for the lender, they do their final checks (fraud, etc.) which could take hours or days maybe, but basically you'll probably only be rejected at that point if they find something out of the ordinary (National Hunter data, for example).

Give it a couple days then give them a call if you haven't heard anything between now and then...easiest solution.

i mean on the application i did request a £450 balance transfer from my card to the Tesco balance card so maybe i will hear or see this happen before i get my card or decision i just wonder how long the balance transfer will take ? .

just an update we got DECLINED but gonna ask them to look at application again i will keep you updated.
