JSA as a house husband?

Hi guys,
Quick question.
My wife is expecting and works full time and I have a job but its casual and it really died down.
After her maternity cover she will return to work and I will become a house husband.
My question is can I claim "contribution based JSA" when a house husband as I would actively still be seeking work even if it only just covered childcare costs?
If not it doesnt matter just interested.
Thanks
Danny
