I watched Extreme Cheapskates last night and ended up having to record it for my friend to watch - I was either laughing or in complete shock throughout the entire show.
One couple saved on water by sharing their timed showers and he was only allowed to wash his hair using the soapy bubbles from the woman's hair. They shared either ends of a cotton bud to clean their ears and shared razers!
Another couple had completely separate finances...which is fine in most circumstances but they initialled their own eggs, had their own "treat" cupboards and even had a tally of how many times each had used the toilet and whoever used it more had the pay more of the water bill!
