Accidentally hitting the voice mail button
I got an Nokia Lumia 520 mobile phone on contract at £14 a month I checked my account 2 nights ago to find that I had a bill for £20 40 in excess of the £14
I was aware that times I had hit the voice mail button which I now know is next to the attachment button. A voice said I can't hear you so I am over the limit of 200 mins for as further 68 calls I did call them and explained that this was the first time I have had a touch button phone They said they will look into it but from what I read here there does not seem to be much success in having the bill adjusted. Advice would be appreciated.
