Ncp refused appeal

Congrats on winning. Please can you raise a complaint with the popla board Nicola.mullany@britishparking.co.uk that their evidence was allowed even though received after the 28 day deadline. It's hardly fair for you only to have 1 day to review their evidence, it is against point 9.1 of the contract popla singed on 23dec2013 and it is an abuse the parking companies think they can get away with. Out of interest on sheet one of their evidence what day did they say they sent it. Did you get it by email or post?Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0

I'm not sure I follow there hoohoo. As far as I know NCP submitted their evidence in time.
We appealed to POPLA. We did it online. We had a standard reply stating that they would now contact NCP to submit their evidence. POPLA said that they would then review both sides of the case and we would be advised of the outcome by email on or just after 19/02/2014. We received an email 21/02/2014.
We received copies of NCP's file of evidence on 19/02/2014. The evidence checklist is dated 17/02/2014 as is the post mark.

Yep so as hoohoo said, you were given one/two days to look at NCP's evidence which isn't long enough - they sent it LATE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok. No problem. I'll send an email to the above link.
I must admit, the evidence did send me into a tizzy. There was just so much of it. The way in which it was presented made it look as if it was from POPLA and that I still had to pay the fine. The ticklist has a bold headline of
PARKING IN PRIVATE LAND APPEALS - Evidence checklist .
Any particular wording or template that i need to use for this?
