Excessive charges
Orange network initially refused roaming on mobile as it was a new contract - 2 years later whilst abroad - surprisingly it is now on.
A pre paid phone card was purchased and rang from the mobile - and have been charged for a connection

What's "A pre paid phone card"? A card that gives a local override number for calls abroad? How can it work without making local roaming calls?
