Just a tip for anyone contacting Sky Customer Services. I found this number online and it seems to bump you to the top of the queue :j

    There are non-premium rate numbers on the SayNoTo0870 website, so why ring another premium rate number. Whenever I've rung Sky in the last year or so, using the said numbers, the call has always been answered quickly.
