IPhone-5c shattered screen

Companies online are offering a screen replacement service for a mere £200(+)..........!!
For that I would rather take the phone to an apple store for a replacement phone (prob refurbed but Apple refurbed) for £216.44.
You may find cheaper in your local 'road that seems to have all the independent phone shops on it' or replacing it yourself looks easy on the youtube vids though you would invalidate your warranty.0 -

When the phone is still in warranty (which the 5c will be) I would only ever use apple, it may cost a bit more but if anything further goes wrong your are still covered, if you have the screen replaced and its not an official part you run the risk of having your apple warranty cancelled
Apple now offer applecare plus which covers things like this with a small excess but ive got a feeling it needs to be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date so may not help, if you do get it replaced by apple they may be able to add that cover to the replacement.:beer:0 -
I recommend a Nokia 6310i.
They are just about unbreakable
If it's in warranty and repairable you'd be best giving apple some more of your hard earned rather than a DIY job.0
