Second Faulty Phone
I bought a mobile phone at Carphone Warehouse mid November, it worked fine when I took it home. The next day I tried to use it it wouldn't work at all, I took it back they made sure the phone was faulty and they changed it.
Lat week the battery on this phone started to need charging more frequently. I took it off charge yesterday at 5pm, and the phone was fully charged. This morning it had switched itself off and the battery icon was on red.
I took it back to Carphone Warehouse and they said that all they can do now is send it away for repair. The phone is 6 weeks old! Ideally I want my money back but they say I am out of time for that or a replacement phone and there is nothing they can do. I have no confidence in this phone whatsoever. Is a repair all I can expect?

This can be a fault, but can be just wrong settings, e.g. GPS receiver left switched on.Lat week the battery on this phone started to need charging more frequently.
