Plusnet Incorrect billing.

Hello everyone,

I am persistently being billed for line rental that I paid up front for 1yr with plus net. Are there any numbers or e-mails I can contact them on to resolve the situation this is the 5th month in a row this has happened.

I call them they refund however its getting beyond a joke now.

They may run a CEO office you can email. You'll need to google for the CEO as MSE censor the link to the obvious site to find it.

You could try their forum too as that seems to get replies about as quick as the phone and you can get on with your life while you are waiting.

As suggested, their members' forum gets the best results.
They seem to be having some problems where customers have paid LRS and being billed for their line rental. They don't appear to have an easy or quick fix. You are not alone.
At the moment the only apparent solution is to do as you have and ask for a refund each month.
CS 'phone wait times are too long and also answers to "tickets" are taking days.
At least it's U.K. based support!
