    24th is a week away, so you could send 1st class post on Monday or Tuesday? (Get a free certificate of posting from the PO).

    Have more than 56 days gone since the issue date on the original windscreen ticket ? If so there's no prob with sending it now

    Hi, no only 44 days have passed from screen ticket to today, so even to next Fri it would only be 51.

    I think it will be fine to send on Monday, 1st class - with free cert of posting - don't send it too late. I know where salmosalaris is coming from (as we've discussed this tactic) but I don't want you to miss your POPLA deadline. There is no way this PPC would be able to do 'what we've discussed' in time!!

    I've sent off my POPLA appeal today, first class with proof of posting. Thanks to all above for your help & advice through this, you've helped me feel empowered to stand up for my rights. Will keep you posted of the outcome.
