Kim its Ok take a deep breath! I think your benefit situation is complex because we are not sure exactly what sort of course your husband is doing. It may well be that you can claim JSA if he is not entitled to receive any funding for living costs. Can I ask how you are living at the moment - are you staying with relatives? I would ask for an appointment at CAB to help sort out what help you may be entitled to. Being pregnant does upset the hormones so please don't feel stupid, go and get some advice in the real world.0

Op how many weeks pregnant are you ?
and How are you supporting yourselves at the moment?0 -
You are not stupid, although when things don't go the way you planned them, it is easy to think that you are. Is there a reason that your husband has not applied for student finance - e.g. is his course ineligible, or did he not realise that he could apply - as that seems to be the simplest solution?0
