Mighty deals website

This website was offering £10 off if you spent over £20 before Xmas so I ordered a ceramic frypan set. When it arrived, there dents inside of 2 of the pans, breaching the ceramic lining, marks on the outside of all 3 pans and finger marks on the two glass lids and on the aluminium undersides, indicating these items were returns from previous customers. Further they were not of a quality, and nor was the packaging, consistent with the claimed RRP of approaching £100.
I have sent in another order form some knives using the same offer and when I went on the website to complain about the pans, neither order was posted in my account and as a result I was unable to send an e-mail - the website would not let me. I phoned, was kept waiting 50 minutes, and was then cut off! So I wrote a letter saying as their customer service was so poor, I wanted a refund for both orders. It is almost a month since I sent the letter with no reply or acknowledgement.
I did receive a reply to my e-mail on the 2nd order saying the knives were not the ones I ordered as they had some Japanese sounding name on the 5 knives but I was sent Jean Patrique knives - I do suspect this was a means of selling JP products - by misrepresentation - as JP has such a poor reputation - see other postings on MSE on that. Again, the quality of the product and packaging was not consistent with the claimed RRP. The e-mail reply was from the moneyexpert.com website, which seems to run Mighty Deals, acknowledging my e-mail but not answering it at all and claiming the matter had been dealt with and was now closed!!!! I swiftly replied pointing out they had done nothing and if they do not resolve both refunds within 5 days, I will go to my credit card company and ask them to invoke the chargeback process on all 4 refunds - the other two refunds are for the delivery charges for each order, which is a complication and an expense of buying items from theses daily deals websites. Not only are the delivery charges usually disproportionately high, but if you want a refund you may not always be eligible for one for the delivery charges, depending on circumstances, and you may also have to pay to return the items.
Recommend you order items with no delivery charges whenever this is possible e.g, on Ebay, some sellers charge delivery, some don't , when selling a particular item but the gross price may be the same.
