The way I see it there are 2 options to try
1. Go into a branch and ask them to reset your internet banking
2. Send official complaint (will get you some compo, to offset the interest lost), close all the accounts, wait 6 months and then open the accounts again. One at first until online banking works. Then open the others online/phone0 -
Complain to the boss - David Cameron, prime minister.
